Terms and Conditions for Next Level BSL Construction

 

Service Agreement

Next Level BSL provides construction and renovation services with the understanding that all clients agree to the following terms. Our services are contingent upon mutual respect, clear communication, and adherence to these established guidelines.

Quotation and Pricing

All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on current market rates and may be adjusted if material costs or project scope changes. A written agreement must be signed before project commencement, detailing the exact scope of work, total cost, and payment schedule.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed schedule. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to initiate project work. Subsequent payments will be structured in milestone-based installments. Final payment must be completed before project final sign-off. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

 

 

Project Scope and Changes

Any modifications to the original project scope must be requested in writing and will require a revised quote. Change orders will be documented and must be approved by both parties. Additional work beyond the original agreement will be billed separately.

Warranty and Liability

Next Level BSL provides a standard 12-month warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in materials and installation when used under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, natural disasters, or third-party interventions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of project cancellation, clients will be responsible for all expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, including materials purchased, labor performed, and administrative costs. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost may be applied.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be achieved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with local legal standards.

Confidentiality

Next Level BSL maintains strict confidentiality regarding client project details, designs, and proprietary information.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.
